He has recently acquired over 300,000 square feet of industrial real estate as well over 1,000 multi-family and single-family homes as long term assets.

Residential Opportunity Fund LP, is to engage in the business of acquiring, renovating, and owning residential and industrial rental properties in the Midwest and Southeast.
